As an International Baccalaureate Candidate School, seek staff who are engaged in supporting the whole child. Candidates who are versed in Google Suite and teach like a champion classroom management techniques. The School will be a not-for-profit, private employer and will not participate in the Florida Retirement System. Regular full-time employees are eligible for holiday pay. Recognized holidays include those recognized by the Sponsor or as established in the annual school calendar by the Governing Board.
The staff’s overall compensation plan will include health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits for full-time employees. The Board intends to contract with a human resource service provider for these benefits. These providers offer an array of benefit options for small to medium size employers. They facilitate the offering of a broader spectrum of coverage to full-time employees while reducing the time management cost of shopping for benefits and administering them.
