Enrollment Information
ENROLLMENT IS OPEN!
As a public charter school, Victory Charter School Tampa 6-12 does not discriminate within our admissions process. Students are selected without regard to ethnicity, national origin, gender, or achievement level. All students who submit registration applications will have an equal chance of being selected.
We anticipate a high demand for the innovative STEAM and International Baccalaureate curriculum we are offering at Victory Charter School Tampa 6-12, and encourage families to register early to ensure they are included in the lottery process.
Students who are accepted in the lottery will receive an email within three days of the lottery. You will have 10 days after the lottery to confirm if you will accept the spot. All students not accepted will be added to the waiting list in the order selected in the lottery. Those students added to the waiting list during the second lottery will be placed after all of the students who were placed during the first lottery have accepted or declined their seats, so applying early is your best chance of being accepted.
If a student is currently enrolled in Victory Charter School Tampa 6-12 for the 2025-26 school year, he/she is considered a returning student to VCS Tampa and has a spot saved for next year.
Please note that the only exceptions to the school lottery process, or in otherwords priority enrollment, are as follows:
– Sibling of enrolled students
– Children of founding board members
– Children of staff
– Automatic enrollment of students in the immediate prior grade of an affiliate charter school (Victory Charter School Tampa K-5 MSID 7811).
The waiting list will be maintained throughout the school year, so that as soon as an opening becomes available the next student on the waiting list will be contacted. Families who wish to inquire about their current spot on the waiting list can contact the school’s office for an update.
